Art Appreciation at the Holocaust Museum:'08 Holocaust Art & Writing Contest

The St. Louis Holocaust Museum and Learning Center (HMLC) invites the community to attend “Lessons of the Past…Promises for the Future,” the 2008 Art and Writing Contest for students in grades 6-12. Winners will be announced at 7 p.m., Thursday, May 29, at the Holocaust Museum Theater.
The competition is dedicated to the memory of the 1.5 million children who perished in the Holocaust and sponsored by Dr. Ira and Judy Gall in honor of their grandchildren. There are two divisions for both art and writing categories: Division 1: 6-8th grade; Division 2: 9-12th grades.
